Unit A306 is a beautifully appointed waterfront studio-condo located in the peaceful Pirates Bay marina resort in Fort Walton Beach. The resort enjoys a fabulous location, backing onto the Santa Rosa Sound and just 2 minutes away from the beautiful emerald coast white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island.

A306 is located on the third floor with panoramic views of the pool, marina, Santa Rosa Sound (intra-coastal waterway) and views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand dunes. The condo has been completely refurbished, sleeping four with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Everything has been provided for short or long term stays including a kitchenette with a 2-burner glass cooktop, microwave and large refrigerator. There is 40" LED TV with cable/HBO, DVD player, free high speed WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities (K-cups and filter) and a full en-suite bathroom.

The stunning views from the private 3rd floor balcony are the perfect setting for a relaxing waterfront stay. The resort has elevator, guest laundry facilities, ice machines, vending machines, two large pools, small private beach area on the Sound, two BBQ areas, marina, fishing dock and free parking.

A306 is pet friendly, for an extra charge, please contact us with your pet's details to check before booking. There are gated grounds to walk your pet and some easy access points to the sound, so that your four legged friend can enjoy the water as well! There is also a dog walking park just 1/2 mile up the road located at Liza Jackson Park, 318 Miracle Strip Parkway. A great place to stretch all four legs.

Pirates Bay Amenities

Pirates Bay is located in Fort Walton Beach, backing onto the Santa Rosa Sound. The resort is split into two sites, A and B, each having 60 privately owned studio/condo units. Each site has a large free-form pool, picnic area with BBQ grills, guest laundry, vending machines, ice machines and free guest parking. The resort is conveniently close to Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB, Okaloosa Island and Destin. There are lots of main brand shops close by including JC Penny, Dillard's, Publix, Walmart, Sam's Club, etc.

Pirates Bay is close to many local restaurants, some providing free local delivery services. It is also close to the Destin - Fort Walton Beach regional airport, Hurburt Field, Eglin Air Force Base and Okaloosa Island.
